This review is to provide recognition to Oscar at Minors Garden Center. He provided truly exceptional service. He went above and beyond to help with every question and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service these days. Oscar took the time to explain options, offer expert recommendations, and ensure everything was exactly right. Because of his outstanding support, I’ll definitely continue shopping at Minors Garden Center and highly recommend both Oscar and the garden center to others. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Oscar provided outstanding customer service at Miners Garden Center. He helped us find eight beautiful trees, and each one was exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Every time we visited and needed assistance, Oscar was always available, willing to stop what he was doing to help us. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we were completely satisfied with our selections. We truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. Thanks to Oscar, we found the perfect trees for our property. We highly recommend working with him and are very grateful for all of his help!

Extremely disappointing experience with Minor’s Garden Center regarding a warranty claim on multiple trees purchased and professionally installed on 5/17/25. Two Crimson King Norway maple trees and a hydrangea failed to thrive within the warranty period. I reached out promptly and explained the situation, including that the trees were installed by a professional landscaping company and properly watered and maintained. Instead of offering constructive help or honoring the warranty, I was repeatedly told the issue was “likely animal damage,” even though our yard is fully fenced with animal barriers and there was no evidence of wildlife activity. I provided clear photos showing the base of the trees and compared them to healthy trees in my yard. At no point was a clear or reasonable path to resolution offered. I was told I needed to physically bring the dead trees into the store for inspection—even though they were too large to transport in a personal vehicle. When I explained this wasn’t feasible, I was told to cut them into pieces myself, despite not having the tools or expertise to do so. Only after multiple back-and-forth messages did someone agree to send a manager to inspect

I could go bankrupt here! If they don't )))have it, you don't need it. They have such a great selection of plant, it's hard to leave. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I always leave with a smile on my face. They have beautiful hanging baskets for great prices. Go now!!
